The BlueRobotics Low-Light HD USB Camera is designed for underwater applications, offering superior low-light performance, excellent color handling, and onboard video compression. It features a specially selected wide-angle, low-distortion lens that ensures high-quality video capture, making it ideal for use with remotely operated vehicles (ROVs). The camera is built around the Sony IMX322/323 sensor, which utilizes a large sensor size and a relatively low pixel count to maximize light sensitivity, allowing it to capture detailed images even in dark underwater environments.

This camera includes an onboard H.264 compression chip, which handles video compression internally, reducing the load on the main computer and enabling the support of multiple cameras for various viewing angles. It is fully compatible with ArduSub and comes with an 8-inch USB cable with a JST-PH connector. The cameras PCB measures 32 x 32mm and integrates seamlessly with the Camera Tilt System.

Note: Blue Robotics Companion software can stream audio to the topside, but receiving is not currently supported by QGroundControl and must be done externally.
